This painting is watercolor but in the style I often do in oils..was actually quite surprised I achieved the same effect with watercolor..A happy accident perhaps..LOL

Finished custom oil painting

I finished a custom oil painting 40"x32" for a client..this was painted over a period of 3 weeks in layers of 7-8 glazes and topped off with touches of impasto in the foliage. It's on the drying wall now.I really enjoyed painting this one..I love painting in oil glazes.
